"Back storage room was investigated first and observed strong urine smell, rodent feces on all floors along walls, and on some equipment not in use. Deceased rodent observed on sticky trap under storage shelf.”
The facility was closed due to evidence of a rodent infestation and the inspectors continued their investigation.
They “observed two more deceased rodents on sticky traps.”
Other areas were also out of compliance - including areas under and behind equipment in the kitchen that needed to be cleaned and sealed.
