- comments: observed evidence of appx. 100 or more mice droppings on & under prep tables &food display shelves & on floor under same,on floor along wall bases throughout prep & dish washing area,under mopsink,on top of safe,toilet room. Also a dead mouse inside of glueboard on chip display unit. Must remove droppings & dead mouse clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/31/25(priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)
