- comments: observed boxes of food, cooking utensils, and pots and pans on the floor in the dishwashing/prep area. Instructed to elevate all food and cooking utensils at least six inches above the floor to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed cutting boards in the prep area with deep scratches and stains. Instructed to resurface or replace cutting boards and maintain.

- comments: observed spill food residue at the bottom of all reach-in coolers in the prep area. Instructed to clean inside of all reach-in coolers and maintain.
