Instd to provide splashguard and maintain. #55 floor in front prep area in poor repair, cracked and missing tiles through out. Instd to repair and maintain so as surface to be smooth, even and easily cleanable. #56 ventilation system and filters with excessive grease accumulation. Instt clean and maintain same. Instructed person in charge to come into compliance and maintain. Priority foundation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
