- comments: observed approximately 40 or more mice droppings on site. Mice droppings were found on the floors in the following areas: in the hot water tank storage closet, near the mop sink, under the three compartment sink, under the shelves were food items are stored, near the rear exit door, where the bags of corn husk for tamales are stored, and surrounding the cold holding units. Instructed to remove mice droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued

- comments: observed containers and bins of food items stored on the floor in the rear dishwashing/prep area. Instructed to elevate food items 6 inches above the floor and maintain.
