- comments: boxes of beverages and bulk food items stored on the floor in the basement dry storage area. Instructed manager to elevate all boxes and food items at least 6 inches from the floor.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from 02/20/2024, report #2589813: #47) noted the interior top of the basement box freezer and handle are cracked/damaged with exposed insulation. Must replace lid or replace to be smooth and cleanable. #55) noted baseboard coving under the bar hand washing sink in poor repair and separating from the wall. Must replace/repair. #58) no proof of allergen training or certificate for the certified food manager. Must provide. Priority foundation violation: 7-42-090, citation issued.
