- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 28 rodent droppings in the following areas: 23 rodent droppings inmiddle cabinet of front service line. 1 rodent dropping in middle drawer above cabinet at front service station. 4 rodent droppings on top of dishwashing machine. **Warning**

- High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Vacuum breaker missing from threaded hose bibb at faucet in back room.
