Sink faucet leaks from base when in use. Instructed to service and repair leak. (51) 5-204. 12: **c** backflow prevention device, location (no backflow device) observed ice machine at front prep area to be without a backflow prevention device. Instructed manager to provide/locate backflow prevention device for ice machine. Instructed person in charge that the violation shall now classified as a priority item due to previous noncompliance. Must correct before re-inspection. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
