My family and I ordered food (bowl with rice, spicy steak, hummus, tahini and hummus and pita on the side) on 1/4/23 and woke up in the middle of the night with vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, and body aches that were ongoing through 1/5/23. None of us feel back to normal yet. I feel so fatigued and dizzy that I can’t stand. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Fatigue, Body Ache, Dizziness
