- comments: 5-202. 12(a) observed inadequate hot water at the hand washing sink located by the dish washing area. Hot water at the time of the inspection was at 55f. Instructed to repair so that adequate hot water maintains 100f at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: 4-301. 12(a) observed cold water knob in poor repair at the 3 compartment sink and unable to turn on properly due to a major leak when the cold water is running. Instructed to repair and maintain at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-025.
