I ordered the ribeye with a salad and blue cheese coleslaw. The steak *appeared* to be cooked correctly, but was chewy and bland with an aftertaste that says “that’s not right”. My husband tasted it too and said it was awful. I ate just under half the steak. 6 hours later I got stabbing stomach pains. An hour after that was several rounds of watery diarrhea. I mean, straight water. The following morning produced more diarrhea. I had eaten nothing but a chocolate chip cookie, and the steak that day.My educated guess is that my meat was contaminated with clostridium perfringens. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
