- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 35 large rodent droppings on floor in the following places, in middle wooden displays containing candy and clothing items, on shelves throughout grocery containing salad dressings/bbq sauces, on jelly fruits palletes directly next to cooling unit #1, on palletes near chip and beverage storage, in rear storage area on pallets near containing non-food items on shelving units in rear near exit where tshirts are stacked. Instructed to contact pest control for additional service. Must eliminate pest activity on the premises. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: instructed to remove cardboard liner on sheling units containing flour, sugar etc. Surfaces should be smooth and easy to clean.

- comments: observed large hole in ceiling over cooling/freezing units with water dripping into large box located on south wall of grocery store. Instructed to repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.
