- comments: observed the handwashing sink in the front food prep area not accessible for use and storing cup and wiping cloth inside said handwashing sink also, the hot water supply-line was turned-off while food handlers were actively serving customers at this time of inspection. Instructed to make all handwashing sinks accessible for use and maintain at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c),citation issued.

- comments: observed no hand soap provided at the handwashing sink in the front food prep area and handwashing sink inside the front unisex washroom. Instructed to provide and maintain hand soap at all handwashing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c), violation consolidated with the above citation.

- comments: observed a slight debris accumulation encrusted on the interior of the ice machine. Must remove debris, detail clean inside ice machine/have serviced and maintain ice machine at all times.

- comments: observed rear exit door that leads to the garbage dumpster with gap opening approx 1/4" at bottom of door. Instructed to make door tight fitting all across the bottom to prevent pest entry and maintain.

- comments: instructed to transfer food products from an open original can container into food grade container for proper food storage and maintain.

- comments: observed rusts on the wire storage racks in the walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove chipped paint and rust and repaint or replace the shelves and maintain.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash and boxes and lids wide open with trash above rim. Instructed that outside garbage dumpster must be able to close and remain tigh fitting in order to prevent rodent harborage and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b), citation issued.
