- comments: 8-404. 13(b:3) observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report 2631100 dated 2/10/26; 48 - 4-302. 14 observed inadequate chemical test strips on site for sanitizer provided for food contact surfaces. At the time of the inspection the manager provide quaternary ammonium test strips however the sanitizer that is used for food contact surfaces is ammonium chloride. Instructed to provide the appropriate test strip for the ammonium chloride sanitizer (chlorine chemical test strips) or provide a quaternary ammonium sanitizer for food contact surfaces. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-005. Instructed to correct the previous priority foundation violation. Priority violation 7-42-090.
