Hoisin Wrap Illness Strikes - Sainsbury's, Leeds England

I purchased a meal deal from there at around 6pm 11/10/21 which included a hoisin duck wrap, crisps and a fruit juice. This was the first I’d eaten since toast for breakfast. When eating the wrap I noticed that the lettuce inside was slightly discoloured and slimy in texture. I checked the date on the pack and saw that it was in date until 12/10/21, so didn’t think much but decided not to finish it. For dinner that night I only had pasta so I’m sure it’s not that. Woke at 6am on 12/10/21 with horrible diarrhoea and felt extremely nauseous. As the day progressed I had terrible stomach pain and vomiting that only got worse as the day went on | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
