Hibachi Cross-Contamination Illness - Sake Hibachi Sushi and Bar, The Colony Texas

Unfortunately, about an hour and a half after eating hibachi style dinner, I had violent and hurricane level watery diarrhea. The kind that requires clean up on aisle 4. 12 hours in, I got a horrible headache and could barely get up in the morning. My stomach is still hurting, it has been about 24 hours since eating it and still not feeling well. We did notice cross contamination between raw egg, raw chicken and raw shrimp cooked all together with the same spatula. Also, used the same spatula for the vegetables. Won’t be eating hibachi again for a while. 😫 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Stomach Pain
