Ribeye Illness, No Callback - Saltgrass, Fort Worth Texas

On 04/22/26 we attended a financial seminar at 6 pm. My husband ordered a salad, ribeye steak (well done) but was rare, and shrimp. The next day he felt sick with diarrhea and fever. Called Ron (manager) and he took our information and said someone from corporate would call back. No calls. Had to go to do a virtual call with PCP and she advised to submit a stool sample. Came back Salmonella and Norovirus. On 05/11/26 had to go to hospital for chronic diarrhea and 25 lb weight loss. Finally got referral authorized to see GI doctor. Still having diarrhea. Need to know if anyone else got sick from that same date and time? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
