I have had gas and the runs diarrhea for days now from Sams choice pizza . Bought the pizza Philly cheese steak which use to be good now it is loaded with salt hardly has meat . Then I found a meat lovers one three meat or something . We always eat one pizza and a half so I bought three pizzas . I originally ate one and half pizzas one cheese steak and half meat lovers saved the other Philly cheese and half the meat lovers for another meal for my roommate and me to share. we got sick shortly after New Years runs for two days and thought it was from the cheap lunch meat and or sausage we used in our spaghetti . So just the other day we finished the pizza and sure enough here it goes again gas pains and runs. ECOLI | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
