Had the starlight box with chicken sandwich. Woke up around 2:30 felt fine. But started to feel nauseous around 3. AM. Seems like it might be the chicken. The box consisted of that chicken sandwich with tomato that I see mentioned here, also chicken nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea

I bought packaged ground beef. I fried the beef for tacos. 30 minutes after eating the beef i got ill and had extreem vomiting and diarea for the next 12 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Happy meal. After my toddler ate a happy meal that late afternoon. later that night he started to throw up everything. I could see the fries and smell it. It’s not the first time he eaten a happy meal and got sick. First time was mc Donald’s by aloha stadium.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
