Instructed to clean and maintain. Remove molded and rotten foods on floors and shelves. Contact pest control company to service premises again. Priority foundation violation:7-38-020(a). #54) 5-501. 15: rear outside garbage and waste grease areas not maintained. Litter and debris around both containers. Spilled grease on exterior of containers and ground around waste grease containers. Must clean and maintain outside garbage and waste grease areas, keep container lids closed. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Today we observed grease on cement ground. Must scrape all excess encrusted layer of solid/melted grease around grease containers. Also clean exterior of grease containers. Priority violation:7-42-090,citation issued
