- comments: observed the rubber gaskets around the front prep cooler in poor repair. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed ice build up on the floor of the walk in freezer. Must remove/defrost and clean.

- comments: observed the floor tiles under the cooking equipment in poor repair (broken). Must repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable and to prevent breeding place for pest.
