10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: handsink in rear prep area obstructed. Unable to get to sink to wash my hands. Sink was obstructed by tables. Manager states we don't use sink. Sink must be available at all times to wash hands manager removed table to allow handwashing. Front prep handsink with large leak at p-trap. Instructed to correct and maintain in good working order priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: found the following at improper temperature: beef 64. 4 degrees 50 lbs, shrimp 63. 2 deg 40 lbs, chicken 62. 5 degrees 40 lbs, all protein items have been discarded at this time. Total value $250. 00 130 lbs priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued
