- comments: 4-602.13---instructed to clean the following equipment and maintain: prep tables (tops and bottoms), rolling utility carts, bottom interior surfaces of deep fryers and other cooking equipment, under grills and shelves inside of refrigeration units.

- comments: 6-201.11---observed food debris and spills on the floors and surfaces throughout the kitchen prep area. Instructed to detail clean under all shelving units, under and around 3-compartment sink, cooking wok station, underneath the prep tables and all cooking equipments to remove spills, food debris, and dirt buildup. Instructed to detail clean and maintain at all times.

- comments: 6-501.114---instructed to detail clean and organize washroom and rear hallway and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops, brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6 inches to facilitate cleaning.

- comments: 8-404.13 (b:3) previous priority foundation violation not corrected from inspection report 2638276 dated: 06/10/2026 38--continued to observe evidence of pest activity on the premises. Observed approximately 10 live cockroaches inside the oven and 3 live cockroaches on the walls behind the cooking wok equipments, 5 live cockroaches on wooden storage rack stored on the floor underneath the 3-compartment sink area, 10 live cockroaches on the storage racks above the 3-compartment sink area and 1 live cockroach on wall adjacent to the dry storage area and 3 live cockroaches inside the bottom motor compartment of the rc prep cooler directly across the cooking stove. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize and remove all evidence of pest activity from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority violation 7-42-090, citation issued.
