Report date: Nov 4, 202210. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot running water in the employee toilet room, and handwashing sink. The temperature of the water was 69. 5f at the time of inspection. Instructed to have hot running at all hand wash sinks to reach at least 100 f and maintain. I also instructed the manager to have all employees wash their hands in the food prep area after using the toilet room. Priority violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued.

- comments: observed the inside of the oven in the food prep area with food residue. Instructed the manager to clean the inside of the oven and maintain it.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed a leaking handwashing sink in the girl's toilet from the pipes. Instructed to repair said leak and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed the ventilation filter cover in the food prep area with dust. Instructed to clean and maintain said filter cover.
