Need hand washing stations closer to the buffet that are enforced. I suspect hundreds of people touching the tongs and using them for different varieties of food causes a ton of illness. The food sitting out for hours allows bacteria to rapidly grow while in the temperature danger zone. 3/6 travelers are ill so far. Buffets are a fast way to serve the masses and save on staff but they are a food safety nightmare.
