- comments: observed food handlers prepping food without hair restraints. Instructed person in charge that all food handlers must wear a hair restraint. The food handler was provided with a hair restaurant during the inspection.

- comments: observed the interior and exterior of the microwave not clean. Instructed to clean and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed frozen chicken and fish stored in plastic grocery bags in the chest freezer. Management instructed to use proper food grade storage bags and containers only.

- comments: observed drainpipe leaking under hand washing sink in the employee toilet room. Instructed to repair leaking drainpipe.

- comments: observed missing ceiling tile panels in the bathroom. Instructed to repair and replace missing panels.

- comments: observed mop in a position that does not allow to dry properly and prevent pest harborage. Must store mop after use in a mounted position that allows for air-drying without soiling and pest harboraging.

- comments: observed an accumulation of dirt/debris buildup on the toilet room exhaust ventilation. Must detail clean and maintain.

62. Compliance with clean indoor air ordinance
- comments: observed an ashtray full of cigarette buds and half-smoking cigarettes on the table near the kitchen. Also observed was a strong cigarette smell on site. Instructed manager to disgard cigarette buds out of ashtrays and remove cigarettes. Also, instructed the manager to obey the no-smoking signs posted on site. 7-32-020(c) citation issued.
