Instructed manager a valid city of chicago certified manager must be on duty at all times. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-012.

- comments: observed (4) employee's inside the restaurant behind the service counter not properly wearing their face mask/covering as required. Observed employee wearing the mask underneath his chin. Citation issued #7-28-060. (instructed pic he must appear in court. )
