Report date: Jul 22, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand sinks. Must provide and maintain.
36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: observed no thermometer in walk in cooler and service counter display unit. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: must label food storage container (sugar) when food is not in original package.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more mice droppings on floor next to chip display rack and shelving unit behind rack. On floor under shelving units and in between massive amount of clutter in rear storage area. Also. Appx. 8-10 live small flies inside of 3- compartment sink and on bananas in box at service counter. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 7/22/2020. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: must provide sink stoppers for 3- compartment sink. Must eliminate boxes used for garbage cans and provide garbage cans, crates used for storage in walk in cooler and provide shelving units.

- comments: observed no chemical test kit to check sanitizing solution ppm's at 3- compartment sink. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)

- comments: must clean debris build up at coffee station counter tops,customers toilet room hand sink,walk in cooler -fan guard covers,window sills,reach in freezer. Must defrost ice cream freezer.

- comments: observed no running water at hand sink in customers toilet room and no cold running water at hand sink on sales floor at coffee station. No water inside of toilet bowl to flush toilet in customers toilet room. Must provide hot & cold running water,repair toilet and maintain. (priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: must repair or replace slow drain and leaky hot water faucet handle at 3- compartment sink.

- comments: must clean debris build up inside an outside of toilet and hand sink in customers toilet room.

- comments: previous core violations from report # 2345227 11/7/19 not corrected # 49- instructed to clean all storage shelves inside of cooler and on selling floor. #55-clean floors throughout store where needed in storage areas and walk-in cooler. Clean walls where needed in washrooms and ceiling vents. #55- must organize and maintain rear storage room; remove unnecessary items to avoid clutter. Must clean,repair and maintain. (priority foundation 7-42-090)

- comments: (a) in addition to the health steps required by executive order no. 2020-43, businesses must take the following additional public health measures to protect their employees, their customers, and all others who come into physical contact with their operations: (1) maintain social distancing on the premises; observed no designated food markings on floor for social distancing. Must provide and maintain.

Observed torn face covering signage on front door. Must replace sign to be visible. Employees must wear face coverings.
