- comments: observed the weather stripping at the bottom of the front door worn. Must replace and maintain to prevent entry point for pests.

- comments: observed the food handler in the rear prep area not wearing any type of hair restraint. All food handlers in the prep areas must wear proper hair restrain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed ice build up inside the walk in freezer. Must defrost and clean. Must clean all prep table,counter tops and storage shelving to remove spills, and/or debris.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need detail cleaning through out especially along the wall base and in corners.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the filters above the cooking equipment dusty. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: observed 2 employee's not wearing a mask/face covering as required in the rear prep/storage area and at the front counter. Instructed manager a mask must be worn at all time as required. Citation issued #7-28-060.
