Violations:
- High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw egg wash stored above ready to eat eggplant in walk-in cooler.

- High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 15 rodent droppings behind grill in kitchen, 20 droppings on floor under and behind prep table in kitchen area, 15 droppings under double convection oven in kitchen area, 30 droppings under wire rack in kitchen area, 15 on floor behind equipment on cook line, 1 on top of dish machine in back kitchen area, 35 droppings on floor in dining room area, 2 droppings under steam table in kitchen. Establishment started to clean and sanitize areas.

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed mashed potatoes 109F - Hot Holding in steam table held for approximately one hour.
