- comments: 3-201. 11(a) observed food from an unapproved source being sold in the establishment. Observed desserts (flan and cheesecake) being sold in a cooler on the premises from alisha's sweet treats and things. According to management, the food is being produced from a food establishment which does not have a shared kitchen license and alisha does not have a shared kitchen user license. Management instructed that all food must be prepared in a properly licensed food establishment. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

Management instructed to paint over the rust or replace the table. 51 - repair the drain line water leak at the middle compartment of the 3 compartment sink. 57 - observed several food handling employees without a food handler certificate. Management instructed that all food handling employees must show proof of training. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
