- comments: large roach observed crawling on floor under wok line. Live roach noted under 3-compartment sink. Numerous dead roaches in lightshields and on floor through out. Instd to contact pest control for service, remove all roaches, and clean and sanitize affected areas. Citation issued 7-38-020(a) priority foundation

- comments: egg rolls stored inside soiled cardboard boxes in coolers. Instructed to store food in proper food grade containers and maintan.

Instd to clean all and maintain
