- comments: low temperature dish machine in use and not sanitizing (0ppm chlorine). Instructed to sanitize the utensils inside of the dish machine in the sanitizing compartment of the 3-compartment sink (200 ppm qac). Unit was tagged. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued

- comments: interior of the ice machine white panel with pinkish and blackish substances on it. Instructed to clean and maintain the interior of the ice machine.

- comments: male food handlers in the food prep area are not wearing beard restraints. Instructed to have all persons in the food prep areas wear hair/beard restraints. Maintain same.
