- comments: found the front hand washing sink in the front prep area not maintained. Sink is clogged and does not properly drain. Instructed to have sink fixed so that it properly drains. Maintain good plumbing. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) violation citation issued
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: 10 large and 10 small live flies on the dish rack in the dish washing area, in the bar area and on the walls and ceiling in the prep areas. Instructed to eliminate all flies and maintain no pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) violation citation issued
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: food handlers and employees in the food prep area and not wearing a hair restraint. Instructed to have anyone in the food prep areas to wear a hair restraint. Maintain same.

- comments: wiping cloths are not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store in sanitizing solution (must be at the required ppm) when not in use.

- comments: multi-use utensils not properly stored when not in use. Instructed to store the ice scoop in the bar area in a clean bin/container or handles up in the ice and the knives/spatulas in the cafe press prep area in a knife rack or clean bin/container. Maintain same.

- comments: the interior of the fryers with food/grease and dirt build up. Instructed to clean and maintain fryers.

Floors in the corners, under/around all the heavy equipment with food, dirt and grease. Instructed to detail clean and maintain floors. -walls and ceiling tiles with dirt, dust and food. Instructed to clean walls and ceiling tiles in the front and rear prep/dish washing areas.
