- comments: observed wiping cloths stored above clean equipment at the front area 3-compartment sink while air drying. Instructed to store clean cloths such that they do not pose risk of contamination of clean equipment while air drying and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: no back flow prevention device provided at espresso machine at front prep area must install so back flow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: replace broken ceiling in basement area. Surface must be smooth and cleanable. Repair broken and missing cement floor around air condition unit inside closet, first floor.
