- comments: we observed ice/food not protected. Interior of the ice machines upper water reservoir, ice bin, and all ice contact sides and interior of the machine with black slime substance dripping down into the ice instructed to clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine throughout. Ice is used for human consumption. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: splash guard is needed between serving counter top and stored clean utensils and handwashing sink , at the front area. Surface must be smooth,cleanable and non-absorbent surface.

- comments: clean multi use utensils must be properly stored,invert to minimize source of contamination,throughout
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: provide proper sink stoppers for the three compartment sink to be able to wash,rinse and sanitize

- comments: observed no grease trap installed on premises nor under three compartment sink. Instructed to install grase trap or to know the location if one already on site.
