- comments: observed approximately 40 small rodent droppings in the following areas during time of inspection. . . In storage closet located in additional seating area across from prep area scattered on floor under shelving unit, dry storage under wired carts on both sides along wall and in corners, in prep area behind prep tables near serving line and storage space and behind 2 door cooling units closest to manager's office. Instructed to contact pest control for addidional service, remove droppings, and sanitize all said areas. Priority foundation violation. #7-38-012. No citation issued.
