- comments: observed faucet at the 2nd floor kitchenette handwashing sink in poor repair, but functional (lever is loose and difficult to turn). Instructed to repair or replace 2nd floor kitchenette handwashing sink faucet and maintain all plumbing fixtures in good repair.

- comments: observed approximately 7-10 refuse bags with food waste stored directly on the ground at the outdoor waste enclosure next to the outdoor waste receptacle. Instructed to maintain all refuse, recyclables, and returnables in waste handling units outdoors so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(b) citation issued.

- comments: observed outdoor waste recptacles overflowing with bags of refuse and food waste with lids stored open and unable to be closed due to volume of waste. Instructed to maintain outdoor waste recpetacles with tight-fitting lids maintained closed at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(b) citation combined with above violation.

- comments: observed floor beneath 3-compartment sink and dish machine in the main kitchen area to be soiled with dried food debris and other soils. Instructed to clean floors beneath equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of soil and maintain.
