- comments: noted one of two hot faucets at the boys and girls bathrooms in poor repairs. (water turns off at the girls bathroom faucet and missing knob at the boys bathroom). Instructed to repair and maintain. Also noted was a leaking faucet at the hand wash sink of the boys bathroom. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: noted missing tiles on the wall of the girls bathroom and peeling paint of walls of hallway by the girls bathroom. Instructed to repair and maintain.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: the following previous priority foundation violation not corrected from report #2545719 dated on 12/16/2021-#10 noted no handwashing sink at the food prep area or room adjacent to the food prep. Instructed to install a hand wash sink with soap and paper towel, hot and cold running water accessible to the food prep area. Instructed manager said violation must be corrected by date of reinspection. 2 day workaround. Priority violation 7-42-090.
