Report date: Jan 17, 20258. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed poor hygienic practies by food handlers observed female handling dirty dishes and then removed clean dishes from dish machine without washing hands. Another female handler was cooking and handling pork cubano sandwiches from the grill went to the oven and removed a pan of beef stir fry and then mixed the food around in the pan with the same gloves on without washing hands. Then again another female handler moved the garbage can for another worker to come by and then put on gloves to handle sandwiches without washing hands. Instructed manager to make sure that all employees understands the importance of hand washing and when it is needed. Appx. 12lbs. $30. Discarded by manager(priority 7-38-010)(citation issued)

- comments: observed foot petal hand washing sink not accessible observed (2)mop buckets with mops stored in front of said sink in dish machine/prep area not able to wash hands. Manager removed them from said area. Must keep accessible at all times for hand washing. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: must provide a hand washing sign in student center women's toilet room.

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 125 or more mice droppings in pizza prep area-on floor along wall bases,under pizza oven,large food storage container & on shelving units. Main kitchen-under grill and on floor behind same,inside of fryer cabinets,storage cabinets,on ledge behind small hot holding cabinets. Dish machine area- on floor in corners and along wall base. Dry food storage area & paper goods/chemical areas-on floor along wall bases and under shelving units. Parents storage area- inside of food equipment and on floor along wall bases. Mop sink closet-in between clutter on floor. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/17/25. - comments: observed a gap at delivery door in right corner and lunch room door along bottom must make doors tight fitting to prevent insect entry.
