- comments: observed no plumbed handwashing sink in cooking area. Must install exposed handwashing sink with hot and cold running water soap and paper towels. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c), citation issued

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: wrapped back(facing window) waste pipe above chest milk cooler in the prep area is broken. Must be encased. Surface must be smooth cleanable and non-absorbent surface.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: found small receptacles inside each stall in women's washroom without lids. Instructed to provide lids at mentioned area.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: runner mats/covers were removed from first and last step going into basement kitchen, steps are not easily cleanable. Surface must be easily cleanble.
