- comments: observed a excessive amount of encrusted and slimy black,beige and pink substance built up on interior parts of ice machine and dripping on to ice in bin. Must remove build up and ice. Clean and sanitize ice machine. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2' gap along bottom of parking lot door. Must make door tight fitting.
