Inspectors found several food storage and contamination-prevention issues during the inspection. Food items that had been removed from their original packaging were stored in coolers and dry storage without labels identifying the food. Food containers were also stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler, prep areas, and storage areas.

Additional findings included a gap under the rear exit door that could allow pests to enter, no splash guard between the front hand sink and the drainboard of the three-compartment sink, and a rusted prep table near the cooking equipment.
