- comments: observed facility serving prepackaged freshly squeezed juice. Observed no warning label on prepackaged juice or haccp plan on site. Instructed manager to provide a haccp plan or warning label for prepackaged juices. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued. All juices have been removed from the sales floor and will not be sold until proper labels are attached, or a haccp plan is provided.

- comments: observed milk crates being used as shelving in walk-in coolers throughout the facility. Must remove from premises and provide shelving, free of unnecessary crevices and designed/constructed to be easily cleanable.
