- comments: observed handsinks at inadequate hot water temperature (range of 74. 5-82. 3f) in men's and women's restrooms nearest kitchen area, as well as handsink in corner of kitchen prep area nearest door. Instructed person in charge to repair and restore hot water temperature to minimum of 100f at all handsinks and maintain. Priority foundation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed water backing up at the 3 compartment sink area. When water is released from any basin, water backs up into 1st and 3rd sink basins. (alternative sinks available, as well as dish machine). Instructed manager to repair before re-inspection date. Priority foundation violation #7-38-025. Citation issued.
