- comments: observed pest activity with approx. 15 small black flies noted during inspection. Small fly activity was noted near the rear prep/ dish area, utility sink/dry storage area and dining area. Instructed to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate activity prior to re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed inadequate wastewater disposal from overhead wastewater pipe in dish area dripping wastewater into 1st sink basin at 3 compartment sink. Instructed to discontinue use and utilize alternative (high temp dish machine) use until plumbing is corrected priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed clutter stored on floor near in rear storage area. Instructed manager to remove all unused articles and equipment to prevent pest harborage.
