- comments: observed accumulated food debris on exterior of dishmachine, inside prep area coolers and prep tables. Instructed manager must clean equipment and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: mop sink pipe leaking also bar handwash sink pipe leaking. Must repair and maintain sinks.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed waste water/sewage backing up in mens washroom urinal and coming up inside mop sink which is in adjacent room. Instructed manager must remove all waste water/sewage from said locations. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Supervisor notified.
