- comments: observed no date marking on ready to eat foods such as rice, al pastor and menudo. Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a retail food establishment for more than twenty-four (24) hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 5ºc (41ºf) or less for a maximum of seven (7) days. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. Food discarded voluntarily. Food weighing approximately 20 lbs at a cost of $200. 00. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed numerous of boxes stored on the floor in rear storage room in basement. Must store boxes at least 6 inches off the floor.
