February 22nd, 6-8pm if I remember correctly. Got a philly cheese steak sub and my girlfriend got some veggies and stuff.

The next morning, my girlfriend puked at work and felt nauseous the day after. Today, I had diarrhea and extreme nausea but have yet to puke.
We had no symptoms beforehand and my girlfriend only has eaten the sub during the time she was sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
