Subway, 1959 E Street Northwest, Washington, DC, United States

1959 E Street Northwest, Washington, 20052 District of Columbia, United States

I ate at a sandwich from this restaurant at 7:30pm on Thurs. Aug. 18, 2016. I became violently ill within 4 hours and am still unable to even keep small amounts of plain water down. I had a 9grain wheat sub with tuna salad, Swiss cheese, cucumbers, banana peppers, mayo and salt and pepper. I did not eat anything else from the store or anything else for dinner. I only had bottled water as a beverage. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
